The same address handles privacy and data requests. For an urgent child safety concern, put URGENT: child safety in the subject.
Signing in
I forgot my password
On the Sign in screen tap Forgot password?. We email you a 6-digit code; type it in the app with your new password.
The app asks for a code from my email
New accounts confirm their email address with a 6-digit code. Check your spam folder, or tap Send the code again.
The app asks for a code from an authenticator app
You turned on two-step sign-in. Open Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator and type the code shown for schoolhouse. If you lost the phone, email support from your sign-up email address.
Joining a school
Download schoolhouse, tap Create an account, choose Parent or Teacher and search for your school by name. Your school approves you, usually the same day. If the school is not listed, ask the proprietor to register it.
School fees
Open Payments, pay into the account shown under "Pay fee into the account below", then tap Paid by bank on the invoice and add your receipt. The school confirms it and you get a receipt. If a payment is not confirmed, tap Dispute.
Money PIN and withdrawals
Proprietors and teachers set a 4 to 6 digit money PIN the first time they withdraw. Five wrong tries lock it for 30 minutes. Forgot it? Tap Forgot your PIN?, enter your password and choose a new one; withdrawals then wait 24 hours.
