School fees
Collect school fees without chasing parents.
Request fees from a class in one tap. Parents see what is due, pay into your school's bank account and send the receipt. Your bursar confirms it in the app.

How school fees work in schoolhouse
- The proprietor or bursar requests a fee from a class, for example second term fees for Primary 4.
- Each parent sees the amount, the due date and your school's bank account.
- The parent pays by transfer, as they do today, and sends the receipt from the app.
- The bursar checks the receipt and confirms it. The parent is told at once.
Reminders that are polite and automatic
Parents are reminded before a fee is due and when it is overdue, so your bursar does not have to call one parent at a time.
Your money stays yours
schoolhouse never holds your school fees. Parents pay straight into your school's own bank account. The app only keeps the record: who paid, how much, when, and who confirmed it.
See who still owes
The fee list shows every child's balance, and you can download it as a spreadsheet at any time.
