School management app
The free school management app for Nigerian schools.
Run notices, attendance, homework, results and school fees from one app that proprietors, school admins, teachers and parents all use. Free, on Android and on the web.
Everything a school runs on, in one place
Most schools juggle WhatsApp groups, paper registers, printed report sheets and a fee notebook. schoolhouse brings them together: the proprietor or proprietress sees the whole school, the bursar sees fees, teachers see their classes, and each parent sees only their own children.
What your school gets
- Notice board for the whole school, read by every parent the same day.
- Class register in a minute, with parents told about absences.
- Homework sent to every parent of a class, with a photo of the page if needed.
- Test and exam results sent privately to each child's parent.
- School fees: request fees from a class, parents send their transfer receipt, the bursar confirms.
- Chats between parents and their child's teachers, PTA meetings and school documents.
- Staff logins for the head teacher, bursar and secretary, each with their own access.
Built for Nigerian private schools
Parents can read notices in English or Hausa. Fees go straight into your school's own bank account. Every school is checked against its CAC registration, and every member is approved by the school, so there are no strangers in your school's group.
Free, with no subscription
schoolhouse costs nothing for schools, teachers or parents. There is no per-student charge and no setup fee.
